Fall Protection & Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS) Training – English | In-Person

This 4-hour, instructor-led, hands-on training course is conducted in person at the Safety by Design training facility and provides workers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to safely work at heights and properly use Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS). Designed to meet applicable OSHA requirements, this course combines classroom instruction with live demonstrations and hands-on exercises to ensure participants gain real-world experience and confidence.

Participants will learn how to recognize fall hazards, inspect fall protection equipment, select proper anchorage points, and correctly use Personal Fall Arrest Systems. The training includes a live fall arrest drop-test demonstration, full-body harness inspection, proper donning and doffing techniques, equipment adjustment, and hands-on practice with fall protection equipment.

Training is led by experienced safety professionals in a small-group, interactive environment that encourages questions and individualized instruction. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

This course is ideal for employees who work at heights, supervisors responsible for fall protection compliance, and anyone who uses, inspects, or oversees Personal Fall Arrest Systems in the workplace.
